Orange Villa Bible Church (OVBC) seeks to equip, encourage, and empower women. Our hope is to bring women together, to learn from each other, and grow closer together as we strive to live out God’s purpose for our lives. We believe that when we spend time praying, reading, and meditating upon God’s word together, the truth of who Jesus is and what He has done will begin to permeate our thoughts and actions. We also believe that God has gifted each of His daughters with special talents and abilities, and we strive to help you discover how you can use these gifts for the body of Christ through service.
Small Group
The Women’s Small Group Bible is currently combined with the Men’s Study and meets every Friday evening at 6:00 to dinner with the study beginning at 7:00pm. The study generally covers this week’s messgae in more depth. We always end with a time of prayer and updates, to catch up with what is going on in each other’s lives.

Where: Room 208
Women’s Retreat
Once a year, usually in early summer, the women from the young adult ministry and up journey together for a two day retreat. Locations vary, but the retreats are designed to give an opportunity for the OVBC women to spend time worshiping, sharing in fellowship, hearing some great messages from guest speakers and just having some good old-fashioned fun. And of course, enjoying some amazing food.

In addition to the above, the OVBC Women’s ministry also includes:
- Local coffee, tea and lunch meetings
- Speaker conferences
- Intra-church Women’s events
- Life-event Celebrations (Engagements, Weddings, Births, etc)
- Individual impromptu meetings exemplifying our motto of Doing Life Together.
